We believe that QUALITY is much more important than quantity.  Our mares come from proven pedigrees so that their offspring have the bloodlines of champions.

2001 AQHA Sorrel Mare; "Lacey" is a 15.1 H Mare by Iota Invest, who was the 1995 Congress Champion in 2 yr. old Western Pleasure and he is a World Champion Sire.  On the bottom side of Lacey's pedigree, she is out of a daughter of The Master Flash, by Flashy Zipper and her maternal grandsire is Dandy Seeker.  Lacey's pedigree has Western Pleasure winners & point earners on top and bottom.  Lacey has a beautiful, baby doll head and excellent conformation.  She is a very fancy-looking mare that has the movement to be a very successful show mare and broodmare.  She was shown in open shows by a teenage girl in 2005 in Western Pleasure.  When you ride her, she is just as smooth as you could ask for.  Plus, this mare has a very sweet and loving disposition.

1999 AQHA Palomino Mare; "Penny" is a 15.0 hand daughter of the great sire Good Asset and out of a Mr. Impressive bred mare. She is HYPP N/N. Penny had 60 days+ riding as a two year old and then bred at 3 years old. She has produced foals that were very pretty, very talented and very tall.  She is the High Point Mare for 2006 in Halter at the SESDHSA open shows and she won by a large margin.  She also won a large class at the Sioux Empire Fair. She has been shown AQHA once also and was 2nd in Amateur Aged Mares and 3rd in Open. 1999 AQHA Sorrel Mare; Although "Vanzi's" breeding isn't the kind that we are trying to specialize in, she is my father-in-law's mare that I have used for about 4 years to work the 500 head of cows that my husband and father-in-law have.  She is bred to be quick, athletic & able to work a cow and she IS all of those!  She is broke well, and is very quick to work a cow/calf pair from the herd.  Unfortunately, she stuck her foot through a fence in 2006 and although we tried, we were unable to heal her back to being sound enough to work cows.  So, after giving her a year off, we decided to try and breed her in the spring of 2007 to see if she can produce a nice shapey and athletic foal, like herself.  We expect to have a very nice arena prospect on our hands in 2008!

Vanzi was bred to Daddys Legacy and is due April 22, 2009.
"Vanzi" could be used for light riding.

FOR SALE (in foal to Daddys Legacy): $1500
