Cattle
| Kolousek Farms
is a cattle operation, with over 500 head of cows producing each
spring. We are crossing our black Augus-bred cows on
registered Hereford Bulls from Rausch Herefords of Hoven,
SD. We are producing calves that qualify for both
Certified Hereford Beef and and SD Certified Beef
Program. We are striving to produce calves that show
their quality on the hangar.
