Horses For Sale

We think you'll find we have top-of-the-line prospects and excellent show horses for sale.  We are striving for quality in each foal, making sure our horses are out of proven lineage.  We start each show horse under saddle the right way, to increase their chance of having a long, successful career.  Check out what we have and let us know if you have any questions.   

Sale Notes:  All of our horses are current on vaccinations and have current vaccination records available (and breeding records on broodmares that may be for sale).  We welcome veterinarian health and soundness checks, but these will be at the buyer's expense.  We have the names of some reputable haulers if you cannot pick up the horse yourself.  In some cases, we can help with transportation (meet part-way or deliver, BUT must be less than 200 miles).  This would also be an expense to the buyer and this is handled by each individual case.  You can email us for hauling options and prices.  If you have questions about anything else, please contact us.

2008 AQHA Bay Stud Colt - Born February 19, 2008.  A pedigree for pleasure!  "Hershey" has a cute little head and nice shape.  He also has a little white on his forehead and a snip.  He loves people and has a great disposition.   We expect big things from this guy.  He's sired by Congress Top 5 Winner, Zhip.  Zhip has produced many BIG winners, including a Res. Congress Champion, SUP, ROM and futurity winners and this guy should be no different.  His dam is a AQHA point producer, plus she has an outstanding pedigree behind her.  This guy is the total package - great mover, pedigree, conformation and a baby-doll head.  He is in the AQHA Incentive Fund and is CON Futurity eligible. 
UPDATE:  "Hershey" has really filled out since these photos.  He's going to be a GREAT contender for the Longe-Line events in 2009.  Don't pass him up.  He has a lot of shape to to compete in the halter part of the Longe-Line and he's nice mover for the rest.  He's a really sweetheart and loves attention.

2001 AQHA Sorrel Mare; "Lacey" is a 15.1 H Mare by Iota Invest, who was the 1995 Congress Champion in 2 yr. old Western Pleasure and he is a World Champion Sire.  On the bottom side of Lacey's pedigree, she is out of a daughter of The Master Flash, by Flashy Zipper and her maternal grandsire is Dandy Seeker.  Lacey's pedigree has Western Pleasure winners & point earners on top and bottom.  Lacey has a beautiful, baby doll head and excellent conformation.  She is a very fancy-looking mare that has the movement to be a very successful show mare and broodmare.  She was shown in open shows by a teenage girl in 2005 in Western Pleasure.  When you ride her, she is just as smooth as you could ask for.  Plus, this mare has a very sweet and loving disposition.

1999 AQHA Sorrel Mare - "Vanzi" is in foal to Daddys Legacy, a Grey AQHA Stallion with numerous awards to his name.  See more about him on the Reference Sires page.  Vanzi is due to foal on April 22, 2009.  This foal should be grey in color and possibly able to be registered with the Foundation Registry, as well.  Foal will also be AQHA Incentive Fund eligible and CON Futurity eligible.
"Vanzi" is broke and was used to work cattle for several years before injuring her front foot on some wire.  She is healed up now and can be rode, but she a bit off on that foot.  She would be great for trail riding and other types of light riding.  She's broke well enough that when I pulled her out of the pasture this summer after 2 years without riding, she just walked off.  
"Vanzi" is producing the right kind.  This photo of her above is of her with her 2008 colt by Firewater Finale.  He is now sold, but is a very nice, strong colt with a lot of bone and is very athletic.  You can also see her on our Broodmares page.  The foal she is carrying will be worth our asking price, but we'd like to get her into a program that is more fitted for her bloodlines.  She's a VERY SWEET mare with the best disposition you will find.
